Recent Highlights-
2011- Coach Lagarde has graduated the Master Coach license- Director of Coaching Division through the NSCAA. Over an 18 month period Coach Lagarde has traveled and studied the game all over the World on and off the field. “The experience of the Master Coach program was absolutely amazing, not only to learn from some of the greatest Soccer Coaches in the World, but to grow through the program with an outstanding group of Master Coach Candidates that will now go on and lead the Country and Outside in our Game! The level of expertise put in by the staff of the NSCAA shows truly how incredible of an organization they are”
July-August 2010- Master Coach Study Tour. Master Coach candidates will travel to the
May 2010- Earned Special Topic Diploma- “Reading the Game” which took place at the New RedBull Stadium complex. The Game used for Match Analysis was NY RedBull vs. Columbus Crew. Instructed the course was Jeff Tipping with a Post Game analysis with RedBull Assistant Coach Richie Williams.
January 2010- NSCAA Master Coach Symposium and “National Goalkeeping Diploma” Along with the Other Master Coach Candidates, Coach Lagarde successfully earned the following Special Topic Courses: Fitness-Conditioning-Nutrition, Leadership, Management, and Sports Psychology. Course Instructors were, Dr. Matt Robinson, Dr. Doug Williamson, Dr. Bill Steffen, Anson Dorrance, Chris West, and Jeff Tipping.
November 2009- NSCAA Master Coach Symposium and Special Topic Diploma- “Systems of Play” at the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Soccer College Final Four. Former Head Coach of US Men’s National Team and Kansas City Wizards (2000 MLS Champions), Bob Gansler was Head clinician of the Coaching Course.
October 2009- Jim had been chosen as a candidate and has began his “Master Coach Diploma” Director of Coaching Division, with the NSCAA, (visit www.nscaa.com for Coaching Education Program), the highest license attainable here in the
Reggie graduated Middletown High School in 1994; while there Reggie received All-County and All-State honors. Reggie played collegiately at Iona and Suny New Paltz. During his collegiate career, Reggie received All-Conference and All Region Honors.
Reggie has been training and coaching alongside Jim Lagarde for over nine years throughout the Hudson Valley Region. Reggie has a great passion and knowledge of the game.
John graduated from Pine Bush High School in 1998 where he received 1st team All-County, All-State, & All-Region honors. In 1998 John was named Times Herald Record “Player of the Year”. John played collegiately at Iona College in the Division 1 MAAC Conference.
John is the son of Joe Carrillo, Boys Head Soccer Coach at Pine Bush High School and one of the most successful coaches in Section IX. Spending a lot of time alongside dad, truly gives John an advantage as a trainer and as a coach. John currently holds a USSF National "D" License and NSCAA "Systems of Play" and "Reading the Game" Diplomas. Coach Carillo is currently the head coach of Warwick "TeamPrimo" U13 Boys.
Rob has been involved in playing, coaching and managing soccer for more than 30 years. Rob is the Head Coach for the Girls U18 Sabres TeamPrimo and Head Coach for the Cornwall United Over 30 Men’s Team. He is also member of the Cornwall United Board of Directors. Rob’s soccer credentials include a USSF National "C" License, NSCAA and USSF CoachesNet memberships. In addition to coaching club team soccer, Rob has led Clinics and ODP Try-Out sessions for ENYYSA. Rob blends his soccer passion and crisp communication skills with his personal professional success, to promote and teach soccer to anyone who comes in contact with him.
Mike is a current Sophmore at Mercyhurst College and graduate of Warwick Valley High School. Mike has 4 years of coaching and training experience working with the Warwick youth lax program. As a junior in HS Mike was named 1st team all section goalkeeper and team MVP for section 9 class “A” Champions. Mike holds the school records for career save percentage and goals against average entering his senior year season this spring. Working with Mike will give all youth lax players beginner and advance the opportunity to fine tune their skill sets while learning and having fun.
A SUNY Brockport graduate is truly a student of the game. Earning a bachelor's degree in physical education from SUNY Brockport and a master's degree in Elementary education from Long Island University he has managed to mix the art of teaching fitness as well as life skills to the younger generation of players. His experience as an assistant and head coach at the high school level, accompanied with a decade of camp and league directing, has given him the unique ability to teach all skill levels.
Plattsburgh basketball standout Daniel Tangney was captain of the most dominant team in all of the SUNY basketball systems. He is joined by few on any level by winning 3 conference championships and making 3 NCAA appearances. One of Tangney's most notable achievements that remain in the school's history is his single season 3 point percentage (.464%). As a four year starter he understands the value of hard work towards personal goals and sacrifice towards team goals.
Trevor is a Monroe-Woodbury High School Graduate and University at Albany (UAlbany). Trevor was a 4 year player at Monroe-Woodbury and a member of the 2002 Section 9 Championship team. As a youth club player, Trevor played for the 3 time State Cup Champions, Wappingers Falcons. He was a member of the Empire State Scholastic Team and the Olympic Development Program. His International experience has taken him to Italy, Holland, and Germany for an intense training and match experience with players all over Europe. At UAlbany, Trevor appeared in 25 matches for the Division 1 Soccer program. Trevor has been involved with helping out young players since his Youth playing days. His love for the game and his experience gives Trevor ideal skills to help players meet the goals. His has been involved in running many Youth Soccer clinics and camps throughout his College years and has a tremendous passion for teaching the game.

Trevor is currently the Head Coach of TeamPrimo WSC U8 boys and TeamPrimo U18 boys.
Ryan is a Graduate of Monroe Woodbury High School. While attending High School Ryan was named Player of the Year and a member of the Section 9 HS Championship team his Senior year. During his Youth Soccer playing days, Ryan won 3 NY State Cup Championships, and 1 NJ State Cup Championship with the MetroStars Youth Academy team. Ryan was a member of the Eastern New York State ODP team, and also a member of the Region 1 ODP team. Following graduation of High School, Ryan played 4 years at the Historic Big East power house University of Connecticut for Ray Reid. At UCONN, Ryan won 2 Big East regular season Championships and 3 Big East tournament Championships. During his Collegiate career, he earned Big East honorable mention, 3rd Team, 2nd Team, and All-Northeast honors. In 2008, Ryan was drafted 33rd overall by DC United. Ryan was a big contribution to DC United Open Cup Championship.
Ryan has always had the ability to work with younger students of the game, and help them develop the love for the ball that he grew up with. While in HS Ryan was working for the MW Summer Enrichment Sports camp, working with students in all sports. In College Ryan worked as an Instructor of the prestigious Ray Reid Soccer School and Northeast United Soccer Club in Connecticut. His true passion really showed while Ryan was with DC United, Ryan most memorable experience with DC United off the field, were going into the communities and teaching and sharing his love for the game of Soccer.
Ryan’s Soccer life has taken him most places where young Footballers in America dream of going. His ability to share those experiences, and his knowledge of training with his discipline to work hard is what makes any players experience with Coach Ryan a memorable one.

Following his Collegiate career playing for Historic UCONN then into the MLS was exceptional growth here in the Hudson Valley, if Ryan Cordeiro can make it so can I became the chatter on the Youth fields. Ryan is currently the Head Staff Coach at PrimoSports and the Head Coach of the U10 boys WSC TeamPrimo.
John graduated from Monroe Woodbury High School where he was an All County stand out in Varsity Football, John was named All County Strong Safety his senior year.
John Attended Santa Fe Community College, Gainsville, Florida where John grew a strong desire to analyze and create strength & conditioning programs for all athletes.
John's personal commitment and passion for strength, speed & conditioning combined with proper nutrition gives every athlete an added advantage while competing on the playing field.
Shana Madura is a Minisink Valley High School Graduate and attended Pennsylvania State University. Shana was a 4 year varsity starter at Minisink Valley and a member of the 2005 Section 9 Championship team. Throughout her career Shana played travel ball with the Diamond Dolls and was selected 1st team All County multiple years, Team MVP and 2 Team All-State her Senior year. Shana continued her softball career and received an Athletic Scholarship, where she played third base and was a 3 year starter for Penn State. During her collegiate career, Shana broke the single game RBI and home runs records. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services.
Jack Carillo graduated from Ramapo High School where he earned NYHSAA Section 1 All- Section Team in 2004. He began his college career at Nyack College in 2005 & 2006, and continued his career at SUNY Cortland. While at Cortland he completed his degree in Physical Education and helped Cortland win SUNYAC's in 2008. He was awarded Conference All-Tournament Team Honors that same year. Upon ending his playing career, Jack volunteered as Goalkeeping Coach at Cortland and then moved on to the Wells College Men's Soccer Program as Assistant Coach/Goalkeeping Coach. Jack currently holds his USSF D license and he is the current Goalkeeping Coach for both the Men's and Women's Soccer Programs at Nyack College.
Jack is currently the PrimoSports Goalkeeping Director and staff coach.
